Dan Smeriglio

Dan Smeriglio is the President and founder of Voice of the People U.S.A., an activist and political organization founded in 2007 as a 501c3 and a 527 PAC, holding over 300 rallies in 22 states between 2007 and 2010.

VOPUSA was founded to protest the illegal alien invasion, corrupt politicians, and unjust taxation, simultaneously working with Alan Keyes, Pat and Bey Buchanan, Ron Paul, Ted Nugent, Joe Arpaio, Gov Jan Brewer, Mayor/ Congressman Lou Barletta, Tom Tancredo, and many more. Before the Tea Party, VOPUSA rallied tens of thousands of patriots all over the country without ever taking a dime from people or any organization; everything was funded out of pocket! After the first rally in June 2007 in support of then-Mayor Lou Barletta, VOPUSA became internationally known, loved, and hated!

Dan is also the President, founder, and creator of Voice of the People U.S.A Radio and America Rising Radio in 2009 (VOPUSA Radio, L.L.C.). After having a show on terrestrial radio across 16 states in 5 major markets with six shows, they were told by a producer to limit the scope of their topics and conversations. After a commercial break and on live radio, Dan told the host off and formed the online radio presence via Blogtalk Radio and Spreaker. The first show reached 1.3 million listeners online! After many years and a lot of effort, VOPUSARADIO has turned that show into the Voice of the People U.S.A Radio Network!

Dan is a conservative community organizer and antagonist who has devoted his life to civil service, public service, and speaking truth to power! Whether in the streets or on the air, Dan is focused on building a network dedicated to free speech, free thought, and freedom from the chains of political correctness!
